Director General, Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), Mr. Yasir Pirzada participated and delivered a keynote speech at the 4th Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Sports Ministers Meeting, held in Harbin, China from May 19 to 23, 2025.

The high-level meeting brought together sports ministers and senior representatives from SCO member countries to discuss avenues of regional collaboration in the field of sports, mutual exchange programs, and joint initiatives for youth engagement through sports.

In his address, Mr. Pirzada highlighted Pakistan's commitment to promoting sports diplomacy, fostering regional sports cooperation, and strengthening people-to-people ties among SCO nations. He also emphasized the role of sports in youth empowerment and social development.

The DG PSB held productive interactions with counterparts from other member states and explored future opportunities for bilateral and multilateral sports collaborations.
