Laying of Synthetic Hockey Turf at Gilgit

Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad invites bids for the work “Laying of Synthetic Hockey Turf at Gilgit” from eligible firms enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the category C-4 or above having experience for supply, installation, marking of (FIH Approved Global) Synthetic Turf including other civil works and as per PPRA rules “Single Stage-Two Envelop” bidding method. Moreover, the firm has installed at least two synthetic hockey turfs all over Pakistan during last five years.

 

The RFP’s can be purchased from the undersigned office on the payment of fee Rs.2,000/- (in shape of bank draft/pay order) in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board on any working day during office hours till 26th April, 2021. Interested parties are required to furnish their applications alongwith following information and documents:-

Name, Address, Telephone / Fax, Email address & branches office, if any.

 

  1.  

National Tax Number / Proof of firm on ATL

 

  1.  

Affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been blacklisted and in litigation with any government / autonomous agency.

 

  1.  

Registration with professional bodies i.e. PEC.

 

  1.  

List with photocopies of enlistment with any private, semi Government and Government Organizations.

 

  1.  

The application must be accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of call deposit / bank draft (Refundable) drawn in the favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

The rates should be quoted in local currency. All taxes, import duties, sale tax, income tax and other levies if any, clearance charges and inland transportation from port to site should also be included in their quoted price. L.C. will be opened by contractor at his own arrangements.

Complete specification alongwith sample of turf, its technical details, brochures, manufacturer distribution, literature should accompany the bid. The turfs should be certified from FIH approved laboratory. Ten years warranty would also be required after taken over the project.

Bidding will be carried out by adopting “Single Stage Two Envelope” procedure. The proposals complete in all respects, in accordance with the instructions provided in the RFP’s documents should reach in sealed envelopes on 27th April, 2021 upto 1100 hours and Technical Proposals shall be opened on the same day at 1230 hours. 

 

The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any stage, subject to relevant provision bids as per PPRA Rules 33.
