All concerned associations must be completed the New Registration/ Transfer of players from a Deptt/Club to another Deptt/Club up to 31.1.2008 and send to General Secretary PFF within a week.
Concerned Association will receive New Registration/ Transfer Fee of Rs.100/- each player. Any irregularity treated as violation. |

One team of each Province (four), 4 of Regions i.e. Islamabad/Northern Areas/AJK/FATA 3 PPL Clubs (Wohaib, Afghan & PMC), 4 top teams of U-14 Youth Cup organized for Aid -27 coaches and host will take part in this event. Players born on or after 1st January 1994 are eligible. |

The responsibilities of organizing this event entirely on District/Zone/Region. All affiliated clubs of each District/Zone/Region will participate. Winner of each District/Zone/Region will declare Champion for participation in the Inter District Club Championship. Only registered players are eligible to participate in this competition. Completion of the event concerned District/Zone/Region must sent a detailed report with all match data sheet duly signed by the Match Commissioner/respective secretary and other supporting documents i.e. Newspaper clippings, failing which action will be taken against the respective District/Zone/ Region. A copy must sent to Provincial Association. |

The Selection Committee select the players in the National Championship. After selection of the players 6 to 8 weeks coaching camp for preparation of AFC U-14 Football Festival will be organized. |

All participating champion clubs are authorized two guest players for including in their squad from respective District/ Zone/Region. Finalist teams of each Province and winner of Region will automatically be qualified for National Clubs Football Championship -2009.Top 4 teams will qualify for PFF League 2009. |
